I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was LITTLE, with good location very close to the garden, many restaurants, and close to the Malecon. No complains at all, I really enjoyed this property and couldn't recommend more.

The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a really quiet area, close enough to those areas as well as the beautiful Colonial Zone. Outstanding service was provided here. Besides, my parking was onsite. The location was particularly good and peaceful - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go.

This quaint hotel has an impeccable location in the heart of the city, just steps away from the main park, seafront, and public transportation. the multi-lingual TV, air conditioning, and private bathroom provide added comfort. the staff is incredibly helpful and even offer free coffee and water in the shared kitchen. Plus, the breakfast is a real treat, with an array of fresh fruits and juices to choose from.
The hotel experiences occasional power outages which is typical for the area.

The breakfast was decent, and the receptionist was friendly on arrival. the location was great, with plenty of good restaurants within a short walk and a few taxis around to make traveling easy.
The noise level was pretty bad throughout the night, and the windows were not set up to block it out well. This made it tough to sleep well during my busy trip.

Great service! The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the free water dispenser and access to the kitchen. The location was ideal, right near the theme park which was exciting. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable.
The noise level was pretty high, especially at night. It was hard to sleep with people talking loudly in the hallways.
